Tim Gunn's New Show every woman must see

Tim Gunn's Guide to Style

is the new show on bravo that inspires women
to radiate the potential inside of them through fashion.

I called this show a must see because it goes
underneath the surface of clothes to
help women understand how fabulous they are.

They not only buy new clothes for the client,
they hire a life coach and have the newly confident client
strut her stuff and "make it work"
in her own personal fashion show for her reveal.

What I learned from tonight's show was the power of
genuine encouragement. In addition to the client wanting
to change she had the environment that
gave her nourishment and mirrored back to her
the beauty she had inside of her.

That's why I became a life coach. I love helping people see
themselves the way God sees them.

You have the potential to have the desires of your heart.
All it takes is the first step to make the decision for your life.

Your coach,
Yukio

Owen Wilson: The Pain Behind the Smile

"He always seemed very happy to me. . . . When I heard the news this morning, I was totally shocked and, quite honestly, saddened,"

"Seemingly Perfect Life"

"How could he be this successful and do something like that?"

"They have a very close knit family!"

These are just a few of the quotes and titles across the media that describe
the public Persona of Owen Wilson.

It's the public persona that we put on these stars that make them
larger than life. At the end of the day, they have struggles and problems
like the rest of us.

They are constantly under the Pressure of Perfection.

I found a few quotes by Owen Wilson that reveal some of his Inner Thoughts of
striving that I thought were interesting.

What are your thoughts?

"You can think of Hollywood as high school. TV actors are freshmen, comedy actors are maybe juniors, and dramatic actors - they're the cool seniors."
Owen Wilson

Wilson on His Desire to Take on More Dramatic Roles:
“The Life Aquatic” offered Wilson an opportunity to do a more straightforward, even serious, type of role.

Wilson says the idea of doing more dramatic roles appeals to him. “I definitely would like to do some more dramatic roles. I think that sometimes with comedies, I try to keep stuff real, but especially with these big comedies, you have a burden to sort of try and deliver big laughs, and sometimes that can get into a sort of like craziness. It would be nice not to have that pressure on a movie [where] you could just kind of tell the story and be funny within that, where you don't have to go for the big moments or worry about that pressure.”

It seems to me that he has a yearning to have more dramatic roles to relieve some of the pressure he feels to "deliver" as expected. In the first quote he mentions that the Dramatic actors are like the "cool high school seniors" in Hollywood.

Acceptance and Esteem not only from Hollywood but from himself.

My prayers are with him and his family.

Michael Vick "I found Jesus"

Between Nancy Grace showing a halo over the head of Michael Vick
as he entered the courtroom and the rants of Glenn Beck tonight
you may have gotten a good laugh.

For once I had to agree with Glenn Beck on what he said tonight:

"The time to find Jesus is when you realize that you are in the pit of hell
the trick is to hold on to him"-paraphrased

And to add to that comment I say " Allow Christ to take a hold of you"

I'm glad that Michael Vick found Jesus and asked for forgiveness.
The true test of a Christ filled life is allowing God's Grace to renew and heal your
mind and transform your life.

Does this mean you are perfect after accepting the power of Christ into your life?

Absolutely not!

That would then make you God.

We wouldn't need him.

Accepting Christ allows you freedom to walk by faith and grace and not human perfection.

Allow Christ to take hold of your pain and your shame today.

Are You Living The Truth says Dr. Keith Ablow

"What we've forgotten as Psychologists is that people have stories underlying the
symptoms their lives." says Dr. Keith Ablow on today's show.

Dr. Keith showcased a family struggling with addictions and emotional separation.
The first family had a 13 year old girl whose obesity and loneliness led her to attempt
suicide twice.

Dr.Keith called her the identity patient. The patient in the family that holds the
problems that the whole family suffers. He says that we run away to unhealthy
things in our lives when we try to escape pain. The unhealthy things become friends to us.

...until we go and journey into the underlying story of pain from the past instead of
ignoring it our present pain will continue.

What unhealthy "friends" do you have in your life? Are they unhealthy relationships? Work environment?

Start Living Your Truth Today!

What are you standing on?

Are you standing on sand or on the "Solid Rock"?

I bet these guys learned a lesson.

Sometimes the easiest material on hand at the time due to
complacency, the path to least resistance, or lack of knowledge and understanding is
the material that won't stand the storms of life.

I held on to fear for such a long time to build my life and
like the first 2 houses that the little pigs built, it crumbled
and shattered when the storms of life came.

What I thought all along was a shelter, was in fact an illusion.

This was until I totally surrendered my fears, insecurities, and flaws
to the One who made me.

I found unconditional Love and Grace.

This is the basis and hope of Christianity.

We have a God who by His Grace gave Christ for a life of freedom
and hope of joy and abundance....even when we mess up.

He is always there with His arms wide open to receive us.

I used to think that I had to be perfect in order to be loved and accepted by others.

This leads to a life full of acting.... from a false sense of security. Never knowing that when God
lives inside of your heart your light is worth shining. Just because He Loves You.

Today, open up your heart to God and shine on! Stand on the Rock of Christ for your
foundation.

The storms are bound to come.

But Joy cometh when we remember the Rock of Christ.

In His Love and Grace,
Your Coach to Living the Desires of your Heart,

Yukio

Our God will reign forever
And all the world will know His name

Everyone together
Sing the song of the redeemed

I know that my Redeemer lives
And now I stand on what He did
My Savior my Savior lives
Every day a brand new chance to say
Jesus You are the only way
My Savior my Savior lives

The King has come from Heaven
And darkness trembles at His name
Victory forever
Is the song of the redeemed

My Savior lives
My Savior lives
My Savior lives

Do you Really Know Him?

Where is God in your life?

It's easy to attend Church and memorize Scripture.

Here's my question for you: Are you living the light of God or hiding your
light under a bushel?

For years, I hid my light.

Then last year God said no more. And I surrendered.

I challenge you to let your light shine. You're here for a reason.
There is so much woundedness in the world.

My prayer is if I can help to heal one heart that feels hurt, confused,
and needs encouragement, I ask God to work through me.

Not as I want. But as he wants. No matter how small you think your
gift is, it could be the biggest gift you could give a person.

A smile, at a stranger......the stranger feels hope after losing a loved one
and feels warmth that someone else in the world cared enough to share a smile.

That's a gift that's costs you nothing. Yet means everything!
This video touched me tonight and I wanted to share this with you.

The Lead singer is Jayson Hill.

The Song is "How Great is Our God"- Enjoy and know that you are worthy of love!

Are you the Next Oprah?

UnCommon heroes burst forth from adversity.

Adversity crafts your personality according to how you perceive it.

It's a gift if you allow adversity to shape your character to one of perseverance and strength.

And a curse if you
allow adversity to see yourself as dirt on the side of the road.

The choice is yours.

Just like Oprah had a choice to allow molestation and abuse to keep her eyes down to the ground, you have the same choice as well.

If your life mirrors any similarity of this American Icon, empower yourself to discover and bring your gift to the world.

Oprah Winfrey was reared by her grandmother on a farm where she "began her broadcasting career" by learning to read aloud and perform recitations at the age of three. From age six to 13, she lived in Milwaukee with her mother. After suffering abuse and molestation, she ran away and was sent to a juvenile detention home at the age of 13, only to be denied admission because all the beds were filled. As a last resort, she was sent to Nashville to live under her father's strict discipline. Vernon Winfrey saw to it that his daughter met a midnight curfew, and he required her to read a book and write a book report each week. "As strict as he was," says Oprah, "he had some concerns about me making the best of my life, and would not accept anything less than what he thought was my best."

Your gift may be hidden in your hardship, disappointment, and shame.

Discover your acres of diamonds right where you are!

If not now, then when.

Your life is waiting!

Your Coach to Radiance,
Yukio

American Idol Blake Lewis says it's okay Be a Legend in your own mind

Okay, So I couldn't resist sharing this story with you.

MSNbc reported the following story today:

As you read this story over carefully, tell me if you see something

missing here.

Blake Lewis is a major celeb

in his own mind.

The “American Idol” runner-up was at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on June 7 when he was approached by four elderly ladies who politely asked him if he was the guy from the hit television series, according to the National Enquirer.

Lewis curtly insisted that he wasn’t.

“My, my, young man, you look so much like him,” one disappointed woman reportedly said.

Although no one else seemed to recognize Lewis, he whipped out his cell phone, called someone, and complained about being mobbed by fans, according to the tab.

“Hurry up and get down here fast!” an observer heard him grouse. “You wouldn’t believe all the people bothering me here!”

Okay, so I did see that this was reported by the National Enquirer to MSNbc news which isn't ranking among the highest of all trusted sources.

Here is my point: If Blake can think he is a legend, so can we.

Go about your day with some gusto.

You are somebody. God made you!

That makes you important and valuable. Go ahead be a legend in your own mind.

You never know. You may be asked for your autograph. Watch out!

The Ex-Wives Club and Life Coaching with Debbie Ford

Debbie Ford is a life coach with a message of turning Wounds to Wisdom. She appeared tonight on the Abc's EX Wives Club to help people heal from the pain of divorce and get their power back.

I did not know what to expect from this show.

"Oh it's just another reality show " I said.

This show has a powerful message of empowerment from pain.

It shows if you surround yourself with people who want the best for
you even when you can't see to put one foot in front of the other

you can rise from the pits of hell and stand on the mountain top of bliss.

All it takes is a willingness to want more for your life.

That's why I am proud to be a life coach. I became a life coach to encourage people
to go for their dreams.

My coaches were God's mirror to me of how He sees me. They reflected
a beautiful picture of my strength back to me instead of the picture of pain that shook my
body and heart.

Don't settle for less than the best ever. No matter what your circumstances may
look like on the outside. You were born for a purpose that only you can fulfill.

Free Law of Attraction Life Coaching Class

Sometimes you just got to jump in and hope for the best.

Do you remember the time you had to jump in the deep side of the swimming pool?

I remember clearly being seven years old, looking at the other kids jumping into the deep end of the pool.

Are they crazy?

I'm not eight feet tall!

There is no way this is going to work.

So I did what every smart girl would do, I kept going to the back of the line.

I wanted to make sure that I would not have to be embarrassed by trying to do something that I just knew was impossible to do.

But there was something in me that wanted to try but was scared.

Then my mom showed up. I instantly felt comforted.

First of all she could jump in and save me before I would drown.

But most importantly, I felt safety and security by her presence.

The moment came where I decided not to hide anymore.

I closed my eyes, took a deep breathe in, and leaped in.

Next thing I realized, I hit the bottom and popped back up to the surface.

That wasn't so bad after all.

On top of that, it was fun. I climbed out of the pool to the open arms of my mom.

Telling her I wanted to do it again.

Why did I tell you this story?

Sometimes we keep going back to the end of the line hoping not to be noticed.

At least that way, I can't make a fool of myself.

I can't be upset with myself for looking stupid.

It's easier to not be noticed. Or is it?

Aren't you tired of being on the sidelines of your life?

Watching the game of your life as an observer.

I know your heart longs for more.

But because your self-concept and self-esteem endured

so much hurt it can be hard to make the step to do more for your life.

It takes less energy to fade into the background.

Here is the key to getting the change you want and deserve in your life.

Have a person in your life that has been in your

shoes and can coach you to where you want to be.

Just like my mom was my support and encouragement when

jumping into the pool, a coach will be the same for you.

Seeing your potential and sharing in the victories of your greatness.

laws of Attraction. Learn how to apply these principles to your life in order
